OK...Scratch That!

I just heard from the head of the Ethiopia program that we can't send care packages to infants, only to older children. So, I guess I will not be sending the first gift. I'll just have to hold onto it until we meet him. I think I'll let him wear it home.

Oh bummer- but I honestly wonder if our little boy will even see any of the contents of the package we sent anyhow, so maybe it's better that you're 'hand delivering' it to him!

Hi... got your message on my blog and I just looked at yours!! Sounds like we do have a lot in common.
CONGRATS on the referral. I can't wait until we see our precious baby boy. It's only be 2 weeks waiting so I am sure we have a while. I have plenty to do while we wait. These 3 kids keep me busy :-)
BLESSINGS ON YOUR JOURNEY. I will link your site to mine so I can follow your story.

Good idea! We weren't allowed to either - I thought maybe they had changed their minds on that one. Oh well- now you have your "ride home" outfit all set! :)

Sorry about the care package...I was trying to think of what I could send after reading your last post...now I know to wait.

As for you question on my blog...the places we are looking at visiting are the National Museum (we have a long-standing fascination with Lucy), the Mercato (lots of shopping), we want to do a cathedral or stone church (Dad's personal hobby), and I want to visit either the Leper hospital or the Fistula hospital. Those are the main things.
